MACHINE DESCRIPTION
Hydraulic System : The great force given by the 8 tonnes of thrust from the hydraulic system offers considerable advantages in stamping, giving:
  • The possibility to stamp even very thick materials such as jacron, leather and rawhide.
  • The possibility to cold stamp; this function is particularly appreciated when working on light-coloured or thin leather labels.
  • Risen embossed stamping, which is very precise and detailed even with elaborate designs or logos.
  • The reduced working time of the stamping action, which speeds up label processing and increases machine productivity.
Label Positioning and Centring : The machine is equipped with a special mechanical positioning and centring system of each individual label which during processing ensures accuracy that avoids costly production waste.
Working Speed : The rotating turn table is designed to enable a fast positioning of the labels.
Productivity : Hot stamping speed up to 1.500 labels per hour.
Hot Stamping : A hydraulic hot stamper marks the labels and the working temperature and pressure can be adjusted precisely depending on the type of material and the desired effect on the finished label.
The adjustable cliché holder is positioned on the pneumatic piston and it is insulated to keep the set working temperature constant.
Workstations : The rotating turn table has six workstations that can accept medium size labels up to 200 x 140 mm within which it is possible to hot stamp an area of 120 x 80 mm.
